Christopher M. Piedmote
Managing Director
Christopher M. Piedmonte is the Founder and Managing Director of NeoTerra Capital, an emerging venture manager focused on inception-stage technology investing. Chris brings more than three decades of experience in engineering leadership, executive management, startup formation, venture development, board service, and early-stage capital formation.
His career includes founding and scaling Eagle Creek Systems, leading XSPRADA Corporation through venture financing and patented data infrastructure development, serving as CTO of Algebraix Data Corporation, and advising or serving on the boards of numerous early-stage technology companies. Chris’s technical background includes patents in algebraic data storage, virtual data sets, and tamper-proof computing methodologies.
NeoTerra reflects Chris’s belief that the earliest stages of company formation can offer unusual asymmetry when paired with disciplined diligence, active support, and founder-aligned execution. As an emerging manager, Chris brings investors a differentiated combination of technical judgment, founder empathy, operating experience, and hands-on company-building capability.
