We structure the relationship around the stage of the company and the risks we are trying to retire. At the idea stage, that may begin with a focused diligence and validation process, followed by a SAFE, convertible, or equity investment if the opportunity fits. We are not looking to be passive capital. We expect to work closely with founders on market validation, team formation, financing strategy, and the milestones needed for the next round. We aim to be founder-aligned, but we also expect clarity on ownership, governance, use of proceeds, and the milestones our capital is intended to unlock.
